Arsenal news: Man Utd snap up former Gunners youngster as transfer regret comes to light Arsenal's biggest stars are currently away on international duty, but they will soon have a North London derby to prepare for as the big Premier League fixtures keep on coming
The transfer window is shut and Arsenal head into the remainder of the Premier League season with some big-hitting reinforcements.
Mikel Arteta had already bolstered his squad with Italy defender Riccardo Calafiori before getting a deal for Mikel Merino over the line late in the window. And with Raheem Sterling joining on deadline day, the Gunners are in rude health heading into the next round of fixtures.
A number of Arsenal players are now away on international duty but there is the small matter of a North London derby against Tottenham on the horizon next weekend.
Man Utd swoop for keeper
Manchester United have signed young goalkeeper Hubert Graczyk following his release from Arsenal earlier this summer.
The 21-year-old, who has represented both Poland and England at youth level, was among a number of players who were let go by the Gunners at the end of the 2023/24 campaign and has been searching for a new club.
And it's now been confirmed that Graczyk has put pen to paper on a deal to link up with Travis Binnion's Under-21 squad. United are also expected to complete the signing of Arsenal academy graduate Chido Obi-Martin, though reports outline that the move is being held up by legal issue.
