 Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 901st career goal to secure Portugal's 2-1 victory over Scotland in their Nations League clash on Sunday, capping a dramatic comeback. Ronaldo's late strike came with just two minutes remaining, lifting Portugal to their second consecutive win in Nations League Group A1. This goal followed his milestone 900th career goal, which he achieved with his 131st international strike in a win over Croatia earlier in the week.

 

The match saw Scotland take an early lead through Scott McTominay, who headed in a cross from Kenny McLean in the seventh minute. Portugal, however, responded strongly in the second half.
